What is the currency of the prices?

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST 9%.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Logging in will save you the time from re-entering your billing information, allow you to view your past purchases history.

An account will be automatically created upon completing your first purchase. An email with your login details will be sent to you. On your next purchase, simply login with your e-mail address and password.

Can I change my email address after I am registered?

To avoid confusion, the email address cannot be changed after registration.

What should I do if forgot my password?

Click on Login at the top of the page and on Request New Password tab, enter your e-mail address and we will send you a temporary link to reset your password.

How do I make my purchase?

Select “Add to Cart” on product page(s)
Go to Cart (top right hand corner)
You may amend the items in your cart and choose your shipping option
Proceed to Checkout
Enter your shipping and billing address
Make payment

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You will be notified once your order is packed and sent.

How do I apply my promotion code?

If you have receive our promotion code, you can enter the code at checkout. Promotions are subject to terms and conditions (if any).

LOCAL DELIVERY

What are my shipping options and how much are they?

We have few options to choose for shipping

2-3 days delivery (third party service with tracking)
Local pick-up (pick up from our store)
Free shipping if your total order is above SGD250.00

What do my order status mean?

Payment Received: We have received your order
Processing: We are preparing your order. Once your package is sent, we will notify you.
Completed: Your parcel has been sent out. You should be receiving your order very soon. Tracking details we will notify you via email.

My order did not arrive. What should I do?

Digital Products will be available in PDF format for download or be in access code after you made your purchase. You will receive a separate email to inform you the acccess code or login information.

Physical Products will be sent to your mailing address you have provided to us during checkout. Your order will be sent out within 3-5 business days. If you have not receive any information, please contact us.
